About Us

As the premier STOTT PILATES® studio in middle Tennessee, Pilates Franklin has been providing the “Gold Standard” in pilates education and instruction for over 8 years! Our mission is to provide clients with hyper-individualized programming and exceptional instruction that produces safe and effective movement in a friendly and approachable atmosphere.

All of our Instructors are trained through the STOTT PILATES® method. They spend hundreds of hours in education courses and countless hours being mentored, practicing, studying and finally passing a rigorous written and practical exam.  Our team has over 24 years of experience helping clients achieve their goals and gain optimal functionality.

We at Pilates Franklin believe pilates is for everyone! Our clients range from teens to those in their 90s. Pilates can assist in a rehabilitative process, challenge a highly trained athlete, or relieve stress and build neuroplasticity.  Wherever you are in your life, we can’t wait to have you in the studio!

Now she helps clients establish a relationship with their bodies while helping to alleviate pain and stress through the art of movement. Outside the studio she is a talented esthetician and loves spending time outdoors, singing, and dancing!

Brianna Razo

  • STOTT PILATES® Trained Instructor

As a former dancer and dance instructor, Bri began searching for ways to continue her love of teaching as well as her love of movement post-graduation.
