Your First Session:
-Arrive 5-10 minutes early.
-Studio tour & equipment introduction.
-Discuss goals with instructor.
-Wear clothes comfortable for moving. Zippers and buttons tend to be uncomfortable. (If you like to wear socks, we ask you wear ones with treads on the soles).
-Experience the STOTT PILATES® difference.
-Session duration in 50 minutes.
-Multiple private sessions may operate concurrently in studio.
-Restroom and water are available on-site, no showers.
-Please be considerate of others when using electronic devices.
-Equipment is sanitized between each use.
-Consider working with multiple instructors and scheduling recurring appointments reserving your preferred time.
We are honoring current CDC guidelines regarding COVID19 protocols which include clients and instructors wearing masks, sanitizing equipment and props between each use, installing air purifiers in-studio, taking temperature upon arrival, and reporting any exposure to an individual testing positive for COVID19. Our instructors operate with your best health and safety as top priority. Exercises may be omitted or modified for maximum benefit and reduced risk of injury.
